Two-man teams, net match play, and a standing Wednesday tee time all summer long.
About the league
The flagship of league night at Paupack Hills. Grab a partner, get a handicap, and play nine holes of net match play on a summer evening — twelve weeks, then a top-eight playoff.
Every Wednesday from early July through September, sixteen to twenty-four two-man teams shotgun off at 4:30 for nine holes of net better-ball match play — front nine one week, back the next.
A rolling handicap keeps every match fair: you play your game against theirs, stroke for stroke. Win holes, win your match, climb the standings, and chase a spot in the September playoff.
The league fee covers your banquet, the prize pool, and a league shirt — and it's waived for everyone this season for our late-season start. Each week runs $37 and includes your nine, a cart, and a hot dog, chips, and a drink after the round.
Format & rules
Two-person teams
Bring a partner or let us pair you. Sixteen to twenty-four teams each season.
9-hole net match play
Alternating nines each week, 4:30 shotgun (4:00 in September). Low net takes each hole, better ball of the two partners.
Rolling handicap
Your handicap is the average of your last three to five nine-hole nets, updated every week. No GHIN required.
Top-8 playoff
The top eight teams play a two-week, cumulative-points playoff in September. Regular-season finish breaks ties.
Net = gross − rolling handicap · Weekly points = holes won (max 9) + 3 for the match win (1.5 each if halved) · Standings = cumulative points · Playoffs = top 8, cumulative over two weeks

Schedule
Wednesdays all summer, alternating nines, then a top-eight playoff. Rain makeups shift into the buffer date held at the end of the season.
